Focusing Wealth in the House

If you've followed my work, you know that I crossed the balance sheet because I felt I could have a bigger impact on consumers growing wealth by focusing on their Real Estate and Liabilities, as that's where the majority of their income flows each month.

This chart is fascinating, as the 'mass affluent' those in the Bottom 50% bracket, have only 4% of their 'Portfolio' invested in equities, and their primary wealth (over 55%) is in the house... what a compelling reason to help people understand how to manage the wealth in their house...
