Financial Literacy Education in Schools

I was surprised this year that my daughter had to take Personal Finance as a 10th grader. It was required because of new state legislation here in North Carolina. She loved it, and what an eye-opener. The class led to so many great conversations about money with the entire family. I really hope that every state will make this type of education mandatory.
