Update of the Borrow Smart University quarterly graphic on Assets/Liabilities - this shows you a rough estimate of the balances of all key Assets and Liabilities in the aggregate. I use it to look at macro trends, and also as part of our conversation with consumers.

Just like real estate, all consumers are local. Meaning they have this same graphic at play in their financial lives.

Everything went up! House values were the biggest increase from last quarter followed by Equities (stock and mutual funds). Bonds and cash increased. Mortgage balances and credit (consumer debt) increased.

Net wealth inside single-family homes is now at $29.8 Trillion
