What is your product or service all about?

We have three products: the CLA designation, the FAST sytem, and the MENTOR community… Think of the CLA course as a distillation of 25+ years of lending experience into a education that helps to transform the way you think about what you do and how you deliver what you do to the consumer in a new way. Think of the FAST program as a course that takes what you learn in the CLA and builds a network of referrals from financial advisors. The MENTOR community is an invitation only coaching model we created for our CLA and FAST students who want to keep learning and be part of a like-minded community that moves this from insights into deep understanding.

What is the ROI (Return on Investment) of earning a CLA, or FAST designation?
​
This question has so many answers, but it varies by student. While you can’t put a price on education, that’s true only if that education provides a measurable return. That return can be personal (more confidence, capacity and capability) and that leads to a business return (higher conversions, more referrals and increased income). The CLA give you the above returns, while the FAST is for those that want to build a totally new layer of business to drive higher income from new referral sources. The maximum ROI combination is completing the CLA and then FAST. Our general guide is that 35% or more of your referrals will come from insurance agents, accountants and financial advisors within 12 months of completing your course WHILE your existing client referrals and realtor referrals maintain or grow during that same period.

I have distilled 30 years of what I’ve learned into pieces that you can emulate and expand upon to transform your mortgage or lending business for a few thousand dollars.

What payment methods do you accept?
​
We take PayPal, all major credit cards, we can direct bill/invoice your company for payment via credit card or check.

Do you have a payment plan?
​
We allow you to spread your tuition over 12 months in equal installments if you wish to do so.

How does the course work, and how long does it take?
​
The CLA designation is all recorded and online for you to take at your leisure. There are questions you must pass for the main course, but you can take the test as many times as you like. We recommend you complete it in 30 – 90 days. 30 days will take you about 45 minutes a day, whereas 90 days will take you about 1-2 hours a week. The FAST program is also recorded, and it has two parts… you can complete the course quickly, but the approach is experiential and designed to help you transition your business over 12 months to receive 35% of more of you referrals from (insurance agents, accountants and financial advisors).

How do you support me as a student?
​
You have direct access to our staff via email while you are taking the course. In addition, you are invited to our CIRCLE COMMUNITY OF current students and former graduates to ask questions and engage with our community. You’ll have the entire coursebook, supporting materials, and a CLA private group page for life. We respond quickly and thoroughly. Upon graduation you will be invited to join our non-profit at niofe.org.

Are there additional costs?
​
The CLA designation is a one-time charge. lifetime membership. If you join the coaching community there is a monthly charge for that after graduation only if you want to learn more directly with a group that are actively engaging the concepts in there business AND personal lives.

Do you offer a guarantee?
​
Yes, if must complete the CLA designation program within 90 days following our plan. If you don’t feel the course exceeded your investment in value, we'll refund your entire tuition.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?
​
We will sometimes discount our CLA $1,499 tuition if we are being supported by a third party offering, or a group purchase for corporations. We also do ‘study group’ discounts where you and/or others come together to form a group and we’ll offer all parties a $999 tuition to support a study group (minimum of 3 study group partners).
